Operations Assessment: Supervised and managed team to ensure proper protocol followed for sample collection for side by side comparison of newly developed POC test and NAAN gold standard.
Recruiting & Training: Responsible for identifying compassionate and outstanding clinicians for overseas placement for multiple rotations. Train nurses and pre-med students to collect clinical histories, counsel STD transmission, prevention and testing, and conduct women's health exams.
Research: Conduct physical exams, collect clinical data, and ensure appropriate sample collection for CHORI research study on chlamydia prevalence.
Partnership Development: Develop and foster partnerships and triage with local physicians, nurses, and lab experts.
